FR Decorative Fabrics

Basofil Solutions offers beautifully designed FR fabrics in a variety of decorative styles for quilted and zippered covers.  All of these fabrics are made with premium inherently fire safety technology of Basofil fiber and Alessandra Yarn.  The fire protection is incorporated or built into the decorative fabric itself.  These fabrics eliminate the need for any additional FR barriers.  The FR fabric portfolio includes:

  • 3 Layered Jacquard Knit

  • 100% Cotton  Velour

  • Wool/Rayon blend Velour

  • Various Doubleknit structures

These fabrics have been successfully prototyped on foam mattresses to the CFR 1633 federal open flame standard.
